2013. Another chance to get it right and another chance to outdo ourselves and the year before. Yesterday was day 3 of 2013, so I took the time to think about and write down my 3 New Year’s resolutions (4 just didn’t sound right.) Once you publish something, you’re held accountable for it. Make Life Happen
Warhol at the Met
I was invited to a Regarding Warhol, Sixty Artist Fifty Years exhibition viewing and reception to take place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art November 8, 2012. However, due to Hurricane Sandy, it was postponed to a later date. A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending what was probably the best party at the Met I have attended to date.
It’s getting colder and colder outside and this means wearing layers and bundling up while still managing to look cute. Showing cleavage is a bit out of the question with this kind of weather, so the next best thing: showing foot cleavage.
During finals week, December 11 to be exact, I had the great pleasure of attending the Mount Sinai Women’s Health Fashion Show and Luncheon one beautiful afternoon at the Waldorf Astoria, thanks to the graciousness of a donor who extended this invitation to me and a couple of my peers.
I spent a bit of my Christmas this year reliving a childhood memory: strolling through Longwood Gardens in none other than, yes, Pennsylvania.
